Delete your account
You can delete your Afndena account here, without the app. Confirm your phone number with a one-time code and the deletion happens straight away.
What gets deleted
- Your saved delivery addresses.
- The delivery address and map location stored on your past orders.
- Every signed-in session, on every device.
- Every device registered for notifications, so we stop sending to you.
- Your name, phone number and email address, removed from your account record.
- Your consent to marketing messages, withdrawn.
What we have to keep
The record of each order stays, because we are required by law to retain sales records for accounting and tax. Those records keep nothing that identifies you: your name, phone number, email and delivery location are all removed from them.
Your Afndena Coins will be forfeited. They have no cash value and cannot be paid out or transferred. If you have a balance, spend it before you delete.
Deletion from the web is unavailable
This page cannot reach our server, so it cannot delete an account right now. Please delete your account from the app instead: Profile → Delete account.
